Job Description
We are seeking a Billing Specialist for a contract-to-hire role in Gaithersburg, MD. This role will be onsite/in the office Monday-Friday during normal business hours and will be responsible for all billing matters of assigned customers which will include both services and hardware. Additional responsibilities include:
- Validation of all installation activity to ensure invoice accuracy.
- Work with other support teams such as installation, field maintenance, program management and, customer service.
- Support the onboarding process for all customers migrating to the new platform.
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a related field
- 1 year of MS Excel
- 1 year of experience creating/using data analytics
- Knowledge of V-lookup with advanced Excel skills
- Ability to understand contractual terms
- Understanding of contract language
- Ability to pick up systems quickly
This contract-to-hire will be located onsite in Gaithersburg, MD. This role will work Monday-Friday between 8:30 am-5:00 pm.
